Training Room is one of the Locations in the game The Metronomicon.

The Training Room isn't an accessible location in-game, per se, but rather a Workshop upgrade. When this upgrade is bought, benched party characters will gain more EXP than if the upgrade wasn't bought, from completing songs.
Benched characters still gain EXP, but at a significantly reduced rate, if this upgrade isn't purchased.
If the upgrade is unlocked, an animation of a character lifting weights can be seen in one of the upper rooms.
